The most popular game fish in Lake Erie.  Lake Erie's Western Basin offers the best walleye fishing in the world.  Prime walleye fishing is May through July but August through October also produce nice catches

Turtle Creek Marina and Campground is located off of Route 2 on Humphrey Rd., between Toledo and Port Clinton. 
Just minutes away from the Lake Erie reefs.  Camping sites can be reserved by calling (419) 898-7745

Humphrey Road is approximately 1 mile west of Davis Besse Power Plant.  Turn north on Humphrey Road, Marina 1/8 mile on left.

ODNR fishing report states Lake Erie to be dominated by hatches from 2003.  "2006 Lake Erie Outlook is Promising."  2006 could be a "phenomenal year".
