Captain Gary Drwal has over 20 years experience on Lake Erie.  Licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard.  Licensed Ohio guide and fully insured.  Also has U.S. Coast Guard 50 ton masters license

SPRING TROPHY
FISHING
April and early May trolling charters for trophy walleye.

On these early season trolling trips we target only the large pre and post spawn fish.  So if you are looking for that fish to hang on your wall, this is the trip for you.  We only take four people out on these trips which allows us to teach you all aspects of catching these fish, from setting the lines to watching the boards and getting them to the net.  So if your are looking for that wall hanger get your warm clothes ready and give us a call for dates and prices.

Items to Bring

Valid Ohio fishing license
Soft soled Shoes
Lunch and beverage
Can beer and pop (no hard liquor)
Sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, etc.
Nice weather, if not bring rain gear
Light to medium action rods
Spinning or bait casting reels
Weight forward spinning lures
If needed take motion sickness medication before arriving
Cooler to take your fish home in.

Items Supplied
Bait, ice and coolers for your food, drink and catch.
Rods, reels and lures are available at no extra charge
Please, no coolers or large tackle boxes onboard.

Trip Information

A $125 deposit is required with the balance due before the boat leaves the dock.  Charters are for six people or less.  Women and kids are welcome.  We leave the dock at 7am.  Walleye trips are 8 hours.  Perch trips are 6 hrs

Walleye Trip:  $480
Drift Casting or Trolling

Perch trip:  $360

Directions
Take Rt. 2 to Rt. 269 North.  Follow signs to Lakeside Marblehead.  Turn right at light on to Rt. 163 and take it to North Shore Blvd.  Turn left on North Shore, marina is one mile down the road.  There is a large propeller on the corner.  Turn left and the marina is at the end of the street.

Cancellations
A cancellation of a charter due to weather conditions is at the Captains discretion. In such an event another date will be offered or a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
