Deposit... A $100.00 deposit is required for each trip. The deposit is refundable up to fourteen days before the date of scheduled charter. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS!

Weather...

The captain knows the waters of Lake Erie. He will be the one to decide if a charter should be canceled due to weather or rough seas. In the event this should happen, the client has the option of having the deposit refunded or rescheduling another date.
