Transom & floor are good, no leaks, spent 2k to find out the motor is bad, I'm 76 and had it since 96 on Erie. Time to move on. Has GPS, fish finder marine radio, pole holders and safety equipment. New tires and tail lights on trailer, Bimini top ,windows, back drop and mooring cover. 3,700 OBO.
